We went there at around 3pm. Wait was reasonable at 30mins. The nice thing is that you don't have to wait on line, but just register your number, and they text you when it's your turn.
We saw our server once to bring our drink orders but never saw him again to refill our drinks. Minus 1 star for that. Random bus boys were taking our plates when we are done.
As to the food, the quality and variety is pretty good. The seafood station is awesome with crab legs, crab claws, shrimps, oysters.. the carving station was good too. Make sure to try the prime rib.
The sushi bar is pretty lacking. Just a couple of cheap sushi rolls. Salads had nice variety. Desert station was good too.
Overall, it's a bit expensive for a buffet but trust me it's well worth it if you are into seafood.
