HORRIBLE SERVICE. First of all, I have been to Cleveland Chop several times, but today I had the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. I called ahead to order and pick up food on my lunch break. The lady on the phone was bitchy and acted like she had no time for me. It's funny because guess who screwed up my order? She did!!! And when she came to apologize, she charged me full price for my order. And when I said something about it, she walked away and acted like she didn't hear me, and when I asked AGAIN she asked me if I come in often and to ask for her next time and it'll be free. LOL. Her name is Margaret and she seems to have been a Manager. I will NEVER go back there just because of her. If you're going to be in the restaurant industry then you better have excellent customer service!!!
