  • After visiting the Bellagio's 'under-construction' Greek looking conservatory, I headed to Yellowtail. What a fantastic bar, bartender KC, & wine/sake list. Three favs that are an absolute MUST in this order: Protein Roll * Similar to a Rainbow, except instead of rice, it's real crab wrapped in soy paper, topped w/ Tuna, Salmon, Hamachi, Shiso, asparagus. Wow! ($32) Big Eye Tuna Pizza * thinly sliced tuna w/ a cream sauce on top of a cracker thin crust & topped w/ micro shiso & Truffle Oil. The best way to eat this is to scoop one half of the tuna onto the other half of the pizza & enjoy a larger amount of tuna on each slice mmm! ($27) Strawberry Roll they used to have it so maybe it's a seasonal Roll that I love topped w/ sweet strawberries, thinly sliced. Overall, wonderful environment & view, on top of the food & wonderful bartenders, I highly recommend Yellowtail!
