I have to qualify: I did *not* receive service here. But that's actually the good part -- I came in with a 2000 Toyota Corolla that had been vandalized, the stereo stolen and the dashboard ripped out. The repairmen told me honestly that the wiring I needed would cost $700 for them to order, the dash would cost $75 and the labor would be at least $400. Not a great deal.
So they sent me to a salvage yard where I found a part ($68) and then to another business, AMS, that installed a refurbished radio and the dash in less than an hour ($50). The guys at Smart Motors were super helpful, even calling ahead to make sure the AMS folks knew who I was (!!) and that they knew how to help me.
Even though they haven't received a dime of my money yet, I had such a fantastic experience with Smart Motors that the next time I need service, I know where I'm going.
