I have no complaints about Tarbell's. I've eaten here more than a dozen times and have never been disappointed. I met the owner Mark Tarbell, which made me fall in love with this place even more. They use as much local organic produce as as they possibly can and rather than throwing away all the used vegetable oil, they re-use it for the owner's car which has been converted to run on veggie oil rather than gasoline. Fantastic for our local economy and the environment.
The service is fantastic, food is orgasmic, very lovely atmosphere, great wine list. I've ordered so many items off the menu that going into luscious details on any one and not the other would be an injustice. Every time I eat here I catch myself saying "this is the best ______ I've ever had".
