If I could give zero stars I would. What kind of company refuses to turn back on the electricity when one customer has type 1 diabetes and another is 7 months pregnant? The "customer service" representatives (spoke to 3 different, one being a supervisor) were all nasty and unhelpful and unprofessional. They told me they won't turn the electricity back on for 1-3 days, my husband called and a different woman told him 3-5 days. How is this even ALLOWED?!
