Been waiting to write this, as I usually wait a few months to a year before posting anything....my husband started in November 2016...he became addicted immediately and up'd his membership to a family plan and our boys started going. I didn't start to go until May of 2017 and that was all she wrote!
I've been coming here and taking PT, sometimes coming twice in one day! I'm over 40 and have tried every other gimmick and gym to try to motivate myself and nothing has worked....I can only attribute my success to the level of customer service and commitment that every member of their staff possesses.
As for the cancellation process, I came here on referral from friends who moved and had to cancel their membership....I reached out to them and let's just say....if you have a contract you can't cancel arbitrarily...and in most cases when you are in a position to cancel there's still a 30-45 day gap that is required and requires payment.
Come and try them out and see for yourself....they're good people doing great things....if you aren't a good person who has a positive attitude and open mind, then maybe private message Pam W. and find out where she works out and join her.
