This is my favourite butcher shop in Toronto!
With 50 day aged Wellington County steaks, it's like heaven in your mouth! Anything else on the BBQ won't cut it anymore.
The only drawback is that it's kind of a hole in the wall, and you are face to face as they create hamburger patties by hand. (Which btw are seriously amazing!)
The people are extremely friendly, and will cut you something if it isn't already out on display.
