rev:text	Delta is the new United when it comes to customer service... the people at the Vegas airport were rude and they lie! Pay the extra $20.00 and fly Alaska where they actually care about their customers!!! I've flown with Delta for years and overseas they have pretty good service, but with in the states they're rude and need to reevaluate their personnel working for them!! Flights are delayed overbooked, exactly like how United operates..
