  • I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. My husband has been a patient here for 3 weeks and they have consistently messed up orders for everything from medications to Home Care. The staff at the front office are incredibly rude especially Tracy and Sharon. Not only are they completely inept at their jobs, They get very frustrated when you point out how they are not listening and not correcting their mistakes. Today one of the office staff actually interrupted my explanation of how my husband's medications consistently run out before his renewal appointments to tell me, and I quote, 'Don't even go there, I'm not even an MA'. The unprofessionalism is insane. How did these women get jobs? If I didn't call them constantly my husband would constantly be out of medication. It is the most pathetic service he has ever had . After 8 years with dealing with his health problems which are numerous, This is the most incompetent medical office in Nevada. The doctor waste our time going over exact results instead of translating them into layman's terms is an added bonus as well. I have found him a new clinical infectious disease specialist and even though it's an extra 20 minute drive it is worth it to never have to go here again. Avoid this place like the plague. Believe me. You will need to see a masseuse after from all the knotted up muscles you will get from the frustration this place will cause you.
