  • After searching for years to find a good salon to get my hair done I was recommended Janna at salon sanctuary by a cousin of mine. I am always nervous to get my hair done by a new person because I've had questionable results in the past. She asked me what I wanted the first time I came in with ombré hair what I wanted and I told her blonde hair. Going for fair brown to blonde is no easy task. She explained everything to me and I trusted her to do what she could. It turned out incredible!!!! She knows the details of the products she uses and she really takes the time to make sure your hair turns out the way you like. She is friendly and gives the best customer service. The ladies at the front desk are amazing too and always friendly. I have spoken with them so often getting appointments with Janna that they know me by first name there. They are accommodating and have great customer service. If I arrive early they offer me something to drink while I wait. They call to remind you of appointments and are always so nice when I arrive for my appointment. They also have a great little shop in the front you can look at while you are waiting or after your hair is done that has a lot of cute little things you can buy. Overall I recommend this place to anyone reading this.
