  • Stunningly sloppy, unprofessional, borderline incompetent detailing. when she quoted me $400 for my truck I thought I would be getting the BEST detail job EVER!! I've had MUCH better for half the price. My black F250 still had dead, dried up bugs on the windshield, the grill, and all parts where a bug could go. She literally ruined my custom wheels. Of course, she and her helper said the wheels were "already like that" but I know they were not...we'd be in court if I could prove it. The bumpers had only been partially done when I picked it up. Her helper scrambled to finish them when I complained. She said it would take 8 hours....FORTY EIGHT HOURS LATER I was able to pick it up and it was absolutely, without a doubt the WORST detail job I have ever had on my truck. I really am at a loss for words. She's a very nice woman but she really should consider a new line of work. She did give me a 10% veterans' discount and another $60 off due to her STUNNINGLY crappy job. If you must use her for an over priced detail....TAKE LOTS OF PHOTOS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO HER!!
