  • Thieves and Liars! After the June flood, On Side was chosen as our condos restoration company without any of the owners consent by our board. The items in our storage locker were seized and On Side performed detailed inventory of our items without consent. We were not allowed to even see our items until we paid a nearly $2000 bill for the labor of the inventory check. Only after threatening to get my layer involved and three weeks of fighting, was I allowed to see my items. They had conveniently thrown out my most expensive items including $5k worth of high end luggage, a $2500 watch and then claimed they never existed. They then contacted my insurance company directly without my permission and impersonated me to initiate a claim so they could get paid. My insurance adjuster said they refuse to deal with On Side as of blatant fraud in the past. After attempting to contact the authorities to report the fraud, I'm thinking they've got police on the take as well! Joyce Priebe is the ringleader who calls all the shots and I hope her relatives are enjoying my luggage and watch!
