  • I have never had a bad experience with my AC, until it just unexpectedly broke down on me. The AC wouldn't start at all, the heat was horrible! I didn't know of any good AC companies so of course I came to yelp. I read the reviews about the AC Guys, Inc and I decided to give them a call. They were already fully booked for the next day so they scheduled me for the day after. They sent out Lou, who was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the whole situation. Lou went ahead and did a repair on my AC and told me that the compressor was making a funny noise and that it didn't sound good. I asked him for some estimates on a new unit, since I know my unit is already about 12 years old. Lou gave me the estimates and was honest about everything, he didn't try to sell me the most expensive unit or anything. I am sure my unit will give out soon since the noise from the compressor has gotten worst, but Lou told me they would refund the money I paid for the equipment he added to my AC and apply the refund towards the purchase of the new AC which is AWESOME!!! I will definitely call these guys bad as soon as my AC give out.
