Super cute place to get brunch! We ate at the Camelback location. I saw this place featured in the Phoenix magazine and was excited to try it. It was very busy, we were told a 50 minute wait but only waited 30 so that was nice.
I had the cheese omelette with breakfast potatoes. I added mushrooms - it was excellent and the portions are big. I could've eaten five plates of the breakfast potatoes. My boyfriend got the pancakes and loved them, said they were very filling.
The service is great. Our coffee mugs were never empty. Everyone is your waiter/waitress so you can ask whomever to help you. They were all friendly and efficient.
The only reason Matts doesn't get 5 stars for me is because the seating was so uncomfortable. We sat at a high top and the stools are hard metal squares. Maybe I have a big ass but it was not enough room and definitely not conducive to wearing a dress. Space is also cramped.
If you can avoid the high top seating, I highly recommend Matts!
