If I could give less then a one star I would. I have purchased a sectional from living spaces about 6 months ago and I have had nothing but problems with them. Let's start with their customer service... the worst. They do not help at all, they lie saying they will call back with updates and never do. And when they get annoyed by you they just disconnect you. The first problem with my sectional was they forgot all my electrical parts. Took another two weeks for them to deliver those pieces. Second, my child when to plug in a usb plug into the outlet on the couch and it shocked her with sparks. That took another run around with their customer service. Then I had to call because the mechanism of one of the recliner stopped working. Took another 2 months for them to send someone out and I am still waiting for that part to come in. It's been 18 weeks now. I have called everyday for 10 weeks to speak to someone in their corporate office and still no call backs. This is by far the worst company ever. And I will never be purchasing from them again and will
Make sure anyone I come into contact with will never purchase from them. Now I have a 4K sectional that no one can use or sit on because we are still waiting on the mechanism which now is in a different country according to a sales person.
Their training in sales is just down right horrible. It's hard to believe they are a big company. You take your money and give you crap product. And they refuse to help or fix or even call back a paying customer. My next step is to call our location news station so everyone in the Las Vegas area knows how horrible this company is. Save your money and don't buy from them.
