  • A Storage Locker is just a storage locker. The only thing that really makes one better than the next is price and customer service. I made the mistake of not shopping around and when I discovered that Public Storage on Camelback is significantly more than its competitors, I still wasn't motivated to relocate to more reasonable storage until the office staff became increasingly rude. Paying more is irritating but there was no way I was going to continue to support staff who have no sense of customer satisfaction and basic courtesy. Clearly they don't realize that the bottom line is that it is the cusomter that pay their salary. Never again, good riddance
