Really liked the Dr (Dr. Carmen Schneider) but the office staff left a lot to be desired...when it was time for me to pick out frames for reading glasses, I was escorted to the Dior cabinet. I told the girl I didn't want to pay an arm & a leg for "just" reading glasses. So then she escorted me to the Betsy Johnson showcase. I told her I was only interested in frames covered by my insurance. I was THEN escorted down the hall to a back room (obviously used as storage) to make my selection from a rack surrounded by what appeared to be cases of supplies & equipment. Way to show how much you appreciate my business by sending me off to the "secret" room for the cheapo frames.
THEN -- went to pick up glasses on a Monday. Sign says they close at 5pm, and it was 5:15pm. We saw 3 girls behind the front desk and the door didn't look like it was locked for the night, so I thought I'd try. When I pulled the door partially open the 3 girls ducked behind the desk. Really! They stayed hidden under the counter until I got back in my car. LIttle bit of news for you ladies: WE CAN SEE YOU FROM THE PARKING LOT.
Last rant -- went back the next evening to pick glasses. They just handed them to us and gave us referral cards (yeah, right!). No putting the glasses on to see if they fit right, were too tight, too loose, crooked, nothing. NEVER AGAIN.
