I tried this location today based solely on location when I had a free moment to get my car washed... I won't make that same mistake again.
This location seems to be built with far too much thought on how it looks on the front side and not NEARLY enough room on the backside where all the action is. I felt very uncomfortable driving into the parking lot, it's not clearly marked and has a ton of action. I was biting my nails as I watched elderly people try to navigate the crowded parking lot and saw too many "close" calls with doors standing open. I just can't see how accidents can be avoided in this small space!! Then there's the issue of having young guys working there that can clearly care less about you or what you want. They moved slowly and did a half job on the inside of my car. I understand that an employer can only hire those that apply, but wow- can we at least hire people that understand what having a job means? Nope- there are simply better Auto Bells in Charlotte, where the guys understand the simple idea that quick, attentive service equals big tips. The guys at the Park Road location must still be living at home with their parents because they certainly weren't there to make money :-(
