  • Very rude staff. The woman at the front desk called my room at 3am and accused me of smoking in my room. I told her I was sleeping and why she thought I was smoking. She said she could smell it at the front desk. I told her I was sleeping not smoking. She continued to call my room and harass me. She charged my credit card $200 which I will dispute with my bank. She has some serious mental problems!
