  • Was excited to see a movie but instead had a horrible experience. The sound was too low and then was fixed only at the end. Picture wasn't sharp and looked like the film was deteriorating. When I told the ticket tearer, he practically ignored me. Short dark hair high school kid. I understand you hate your job but no need to cop an attitude with the customers. I'm sticking with Brendan or Regal from now on.
