| - I took Uber a few time over the past year and never had a problem. Then Superbowl night, I got scammed out of $150 by a lady named Rosyln. After the Superbowl, my friend and I took an Uber back to his house. I didn't drink anything at the bar, and I was completely sober during the ride. She picked us up from the bar and began to drive us to my friends house. Midway into the drive, she said the ride was cancelled, and continued to blame me it. The ride was a total of 3 minutes long, and when we arrived there the woman asked us for cash. I felt bad for her, so I gave her 6 dollars in cash. At that time I wasn't aware it's against their rules to ask for cash. The day after I got an email for a $150 charge for a cleaning fee. The driver told Uber we threw up in her car. I tried to tell Uber that she was lying and ask for evidence, but all I got was a picture of a cleaned seat and copy and paste replies. Uber Help, was anything but helpful. When I emailed back and forth with Uber, I would never get an actual response. It's disgusting how Uber drivers can scam riders, and Uber will do nothing to help. Their customer service is terrible. Needless to say, I'm never taking Uber again.
