  • As a female this dealership has tried to swindle over $700 out of my pocket. I took my car in for a check engine light and tire light. They tried to tell me four other things were wrong with my Grand Cherokee. When the diagnostics were done the engine light was on because it needed updates and they charged me $90. They also stated they patched my tire because there was a nail in the tire. Less than I week later the tire light came back on. I took it to a trusted Goodyear location where they stated my tire had never been patched. I paid $25 for work that was never done! What a rip off!!!
