  • After doing some review research on Yelp for my property owner, I came across Bill's Pest & Termite Company. Since then I have been pretty happy with the service and the quality of professionalism of "our technician," Ashley. She's absolutely the best! I honestly actually look forward to seeing her (smiling face:) on the follow up visits. She's great with my boys (my pups) Miles and Steve too. I made sure in using a pest control company that they used as environmentally and pet friendly products as possible and this company does just that. It just so happens to big a BIG plus that Ashley, herself, is also pup friendly and loves dogs. She's so much fun yet she DOES get the job done. Ashley's also been extremely patient with me through this process and helps me to "stay rational:)" She also answers any questions that I have, explains the treatment process and gives tips where needed. (by the way, heed any and all tips she gives, you'll be thankful that you did:) She's also upfront and honest. As far as I'm concerned she's an asset to this company and I'm actually glad they sent her to treat our property. This was my very 1st experience in needing pest control treatments and luckily I got the right lady for the job! Ashley is awesome! Request her if you can and be sure to tell her it was because of my review. She's a rock star in her field and deserves all the recognition that she *honestly* earns! Thanks Bill's Pest & Termite Company for sending Ashley as "our tech!" I sure don't think I'd have it any other way:-).
