  • I make it a point to buy as much as I can in person in order to support local businesses, however I will be passing by The Exchange from now on and buying my used DVDs and video games online. Yes, my ID and bank card have different last names. I'm wearing a wedding ring, recently married. Cashier treated me like a thief immediately, and then flipped out when my bank card didn't go through the first time and refused to scan it again. I'm trying to buy something off you, not sell you stolen DVDs. I'm not a crackhead, but thank you for treating me like one. Glad you appreciate your customers. I'll buy elsewhere.
