  • Bally's is an older hotel and not nearly as flashy as the newer ones and not nearly as expensive. We stayed in the south tower and it was definately in need of some TLC and a little more elbow grease with the cleaning rag. The corners in the bathroom were very dirty and the carpet in the room looked like it could use a good cleaning as well. The furniture was chipped and ugly but the mattress was do-able. On the upside, the location was fantastic, the best in my opinion which is the reason I give it 4 stars. Views were incredible and the rest of the hotel really quite nice. For 32.00 a night it was a steal. For the location alone, I would definately stay there again. Room Tip: The 10.00 upgrade to the North tower which was recently remodeled might have been very worth it.
