  • Well the workers do a pretty good job. But as mentioned in most other reviews the sale pressure is excessive. Between the wash sales guy and the glass repairman (the glass repairman will physically run after you) i almsot feel im at a car dealership. Shouldn't have to get all psyc'd up to get a car washed. Took my sons car there and did get a detail job and did buy another detail job for my truck the next day on one of their prepaid cards. Now i must say a prepaid card is simply a sales tactic. Carwash prices do not fluctuate as gas or oil prices do so they allow the sales person to simply sell and presell more and do nothing for the consumer. Avoid prepay cards unless they give you a significant price break. When i took my truck in the next day i had a 7:00am appointment to get a handwax and interior detail. I arrived promptly at 7 and there were a few other cars in line. My truck was promptly washed and then sat in line for the detail. At 9:10 am i asked my sales guy how much longer and he states 3 more hours. Now i am the most courteous person you will ever meet and rarely question anything but i did ask him what does a 7am appoint mean. He nicely explained to me that the 2 other cars in front of me had 7am appointments (they can accomadate and detail 2 cars at a time). I politely told the salesman i wish i had been told this as i would have someone pick me up. He then determines that the car ahead of mine didnt need to be done first. Wow poor time mgmt not to mention overbooking. Now i understand overbooking because some folks wont show but i dont understand overbooking at this carwash because they had so much detail business, more than they could do. So my bottom line for this carwash: 1)Take your car there to only get washed. 2)Avoid any upsells and prepaid cards unless they cut you an extremely good deal. Remember if getting detail work done an appointment is a joke and i would recommend leaving the vehicle. If you must wait for the detail only do so if the sales guy can guarantee you a completion time. 3) Avoid windshield chip repair from the carwash, it is expensive and even though it costs you nothing up front it just raises the industries costs which trickles down to us in the form of higher glass coverages. 4)The wash is fine i would say average with the other carwashes across the valley, yes at somepoint something will get scratched or broken its inevitable in this industry. I did not encounter this here so i cannot comment on their service if they do break something. Wow just watched another couple make it through the sales maze. Almost worse than a timeshare sales pitch. The carwash job and workers are good but that sales pitching is just too much. Not sure i will be back for detail work. It is now 10:20am, my 2hr 7am detail job took 3hrs 20minutes. Funny the salesman didnt even tell me goodbye.
