  • Michelle J. came to our house the same day we called to schedule service, anticipating it'd be later in the week - no extra charges or anything. Fixed our heater and thermostat and was really up front about the fact that the heating/fan unit is super old and probably not going to last much longer. She took the time to go over replacement options for us so we can start to plan on that, she even looked at our AC unit to confirm that it uses old Freon and will also need to be replaced soon. Not sales pushy or anything, just matter of fact info and options after she fixed our problem, cost was reasonable, repairs guaranteed. Oh, and she was really nice to our mean cat.
