  • Great sale today but when my Joann's coupon from my GeoQpon app didn't go through the cashier asked whether I already used it. I said no I wouldn't do that. I don't understand why she didn't try re-entering the code instead of accusing me of coupon fraud. So I asked if she would try another coupon. She entered that one in and it worked. Very poor customer service.
