  • You know, I was pleasantly surprised with the cupcakes here. I came in after my hair appointment at Sonique. Now that they've moved to this new location, it's much more convenient for me! I never had the desire to visit their old location but I've had them bookmarked on Yelp, since forever. I walked in and the owner (I think) was speaking to a customer. I didn't mind waiting since I was trying to kill a bit of time anyways. The customer ahead of me was so considerate and asked if I was getting any "Serendipity" cupcakes because she was buying several of them. I wasn't, but how nice! Not only was the customer nice, but so was the owner! Such a pleasant experience with her. She's so lovely and sweet, she talks to everyone as if she's known them for years. I ended up getting a single cupcake for my gf for her bday, a vanilla cupcake for me and a Nutella cupcake for my bf. The owner even took it upon herself to tie a bow on the cupcake for my gf! So sweet! Cupcakes are very reasonably priced and cheaper than most places at 2.99 per cupcake. 6 or more cupcakes and there's no tax. Finally the cupcake review lol. Yummy! I actually really enjoyed the cake of the vanilla cupcake. It didn't crumble and was denser than most cakes but still moist. The icing is buttercream and it's very light and airy. Too be honest the star of the cupcake was the cake. Very nice. Since they've passed my vanilla cupcake test, I'm very curious to see what the red velvet tastes like. Can't wait to try it. Wishing this business all the success at their new location! :)
