My windows in the back do not cover the entire window, there are scratches on top of my car where they laid their tools on my car, they moved my car without notifying me where it was. Terrible install job, I want management to contact me.
I was quickly contacted by Eric the Owner. I will update my rating as soon as a resolution has been reached.
After a week, Eric and the installer met my wife and I to discuss the tint and the scratches on the car. The scratches were minuet and he explained the gaps in the tint in the back window.
Overall I am satisfied with the outcome however I can't quit rate the service a 5 star as I have had better service and quality of work done with other window tinting companies in the valley.
Lets be fair, and perfectly clear that i do believe the scratches were caused by your installed yet minimal and you did not buff anything out, you simply sprayed a cleaner on the car and wiped it. That is not a buffing. I am also changing my review to a 3 due to the fact that i feel like i am being harassed to change my review to more that what i feel is MY experience for you company. I thought it was odd you had only 5 star reviews but i see the pressure you put on people to ensure that happens. That is not acceptable and i will be contacting YELP to file a complaint. I have the text messages to confirm.
Again this is my honest review of the service and quality of work performed by Eclipse Window Tinting, people should shop around before using your service as a first choice.
