  • Has to be the worst customer service I have EVER received! The branch manager, Vincent, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke over me quite a few times and basically argued with every thing I said. What a waste of my time! Can't wait to close my account and move my money to a bank who appreciates their customers!!!
