This location has been great and I have never had any issue. However, over the last two to three months service has sadly declined. I decided to give it another try despite have issue during our last two visits.
I thought cool bring the kids let them play then have lunch. I placed the order which I had to repeat several times and waited. The play area and seating areas were very visibly not clean. So the kids could not play.15 minutes passed and they were still 3 orders away from mines plus a line in the drive thru. Very frustrating. I asked for a refund and left. Even the refund process was problematic.
It was lunchtime, which gets packed really quickly. I hope they are are able to hire more workers, because customer service is seriously lacking right now.
