  • We have lived here almost a year now. We love the pools/gyms the amenities are just endless and usually kept really nice. What we can't get over is how HORRIBLE the maintenance is around here. We have had so many issues and to get someone out here is very hard. About 6 months ago we had a weird discoloring on our roof which we told them about. About a week later they had someone come out here and just paint the roof now 3 months ago it started coming back. We informed office about once a week and kept hearing the same thing "oh no, we will send someone out right away." (Heard that before.) our roof is now covered in BLACK MOLD and is leaking every time it rains that we have buckets sitting on our living room floor. Let's just say we won't be having company for awhile. So please spectra do something with yourself and fix this huge problem!
