  • Do not waste your time with this company. They have the worst customer service, worst response time and no one communicates with each other. My alarm went off, they called and asked if they should send some one. I replied, "yes". 2 hours and 45 minutes later an ADT security shows up!!!! Really, almost 3 hours later???? I decided to cancel my contact early and was charged a huge fee. Then it took about 2 months to cancel my contract because I kept getting calls asking why I was canceling my contract. Annoying!
