  • I've lived in Phoenix for almost three years. I had originally taken my 12 year old cat to another vet clinic for her yearly check and lions cut the last two years, but felt uneasy this past year. Luckily, through a great referral I learned about N. Scottsdale Animal Hospital. From the moment I walked in, I felt like we mattered to the entire staff. From the receptionist, to the technician, to Dr. Josh and the groomer, everyone was extremely welcoming. It was a breath of fresh air. Dr. Josh was amazing! He really took the time to understand everything about my "baby". I had some concerns with her being getting older and he walked me through everything. When I started to tear up, he reassured me and was comical (in a positive way), which oddly enough, made me realize my "baby" was in a good hands. When I picked her up same day, the staff again was very welcoming and Dr. Josh took the time to update me and yet again reassure me. In my cats 12 years of life, this has been the best experience I've had and would recommend them to anyone. They really do treat your pet as family.
