  • Just like another reviewer said, Valvoline damaged my oil pan and refuses to take the blame for it. I found out, from my very trusted dealership, that Valvoline used an oversized drain plug on my oil pan, and not the one that was originally on my car from the factory. This oversized drain plug stripped the threads of my oil pan and my pan has now been leaking since Valvoline touched my car. I saw for myself what they did, how the pan was leaking, and brought them pictures as well as the oil pan, after getting it properly replaced at the dealership. Not only did they not acknowledge their fault, apologize, or offer a refund, Sean was a complete ass to me, a single female, and seemed to derive pleasure from speaking down to me, as if to an errant child, not a customer. Do not go to these thugs and swindlers if you value your car at all!
