| - I'm a huge Top Chef fan so of course I had to eat here. We selected a bottle of cab, wagyu tartare, oysters, lobster bisque, the 32 oz porter house, spinach, & potato purée, in addition we were served rolls and butter. The wagyu tartare, oysters, and rolls were fantastic. The tartare was flavorful and the rolls had an amazing salt topping. The bisque was just meh and not phenomenal. The filet portion of the steak was great but I wasn't a huge fan of the strip. The spinach had no flavor and was a huge disappointment. The purée was good but by this time we had way too much food and really didn't need it. If we were to return we'd do the wagyu, oysters, & just a filet. Our bill was about $300. I kind of expected more from a Top Chef, but alas I was left slightly disappointed. It was a good experience and filling meal.
