  • This was my first time at Vent. I made an appointment for a blowout for 11:55am and was not seated until 12:15pm. Later, the stylist told me that client before me was late thus pushing all of her appointments back. I added a haircut to my appointment the day before, but my stylist didn't seem to know that. I asked for 2 inches off. She trimmed my hair and proceeded with the blowout. She did not do a good job with the trim but the blowout was fine. I may return but only for a blowout.
