  • Tried to get my mother an appointment at this office based on a referral from her doctor- I made the call to get the appointment on her behalf THUS this is my experience with this office. After 25 minutes and being passed between THREE incredibly rude staff- there is zero chance we'll be going here- sad because I've heard the doctor himself is great- but upon reviewing google -I'm not the only one who has had a run in with this deplorable office staff. I was treated like garbage- told they are busy and I am rude (because I wanted to get an appointment today for next week), as they continued to interrupt me, none of them bothered to take down my moms info so every time I spoke with the next person I had to reiterate everything. Then to be told I'm the one with the problem (are these people for real?)- Office manager Brenda needs a serious attitude adjustment. Seriously who would ever hire this woman- total jerk, not a "hey so sorry-we're slammed we'll take care of you" or "hey i'd love to help you-bare with me please" nothing -just attitude and poor tone.. BEWARE!
