  • 3 stars because only one sales person in the cell phones department was patience, her name is Janie Wayman, she was very explicit and didn't care to spend close to an hour with me without being upset or trying to go to sell to some other customer, like another sales people working there. I wish Best Buy could have all the sales people working there with better customer service, like Janie Wayman.
