  • DO NOT MOVE HERE. Security is a joke. Many car break ins and a few house break ins and even a drive by shooting. Security does nothing. And the police aren't allowed on the property unless someone is injured. And even then the police can't just come in you have to call security first. So if you're dying. First you have to call the police. Then call security!!!! If your in an accident security here can't do anything, only the HOA can. So if your accident occurs when they are closed then nothing happens. Can't even start a police report because they can't come here!! The HOA is even worse than security. They assume zero responsibility for anything that happens. Security gate breaks and hits your car they don't care. But if you break the security gate you're responsible. This place is a joke. I have heard that neighbors constantly complain about drugs being used and yet security does nothing, and since the cops can't come here nothing changes. This place is really a criminals haven.
