  • Well here is the long and short of it....They were nice and courteous until I needed a follow up call because I was still having a problem. They said the problem was because I needed maintenance and would not listen when I told them this was a new refrigerator. They insisted that my fridge was 8 yrs old when it fact it was only a few month old....it was obvious that they had me confused with another customer but they talked over me and shouted when I tried to explain. I don't think I have ever been treated this poorly. Very unprofessional.
