  • At Country Thunder waited for "David" to pump my RV waste tanks, for a day and a half! Worst customer service ever. They never showed up, tracked him down once, called, txt, no show.We will never use PRO EM at any of our events! United ended up doing the service, tried tipping him $200 and he wouldn't accept it, thanks United.
