  • When we first went in, they were great. Then when our order was in and Kathy the part owner called us. She said that we needed to paid 20%, that our insurance stated we have not met our out of pocket max. When my wife was trying to explain this to Kathy she got very RUDE with my wife. I then called and spoke with Kathy and once again she was very RUDE to me. How can a part owner be so nasty and Rude? This is the last time we will ever use their service.
