  • Went to trade in my 2015 Q40 one year after we bought it at Park Place and i felt like we got slapped in the face. They low balled us instead of trying to get us the most for our trade in. You would think since we were returning customers and we only drove the car 8,000 miles we wouldn't of got offered negative $8,500 on the trade. So we went to their competitors....Lexus, they treated us good and they wanted our business. They offered us $2500 more then Park Place was willing to give us and offered more incentives on the new vehicle. SMH...
