UPDATE: I went to the store in person after I couldn't reach them over the phone. When I explained my situation, they apologized profusely and explained that their delivery service had misinformed them about the orders. Apparently they were told that the deliveries had been made even though they hadn't.
After clearing it with the owner, Manny, the assistant manager, personally arranged for a delivery to be made by the end of day and offered to send complimentary flowers along with the bouquet. She took great care in helping me pick out additional flowers and assured me that the delivery would be made that night.
When the delivery finally arrived a few hours later, I was pleasantly surprised that, in addition to the flowers, Ladybug had included a handwritten card apologizing for the situation, balloons and even chocolate. My girlfriend was very happy with the order in the end.
Obviously, my experience today wasn't ideal. Still, Ladybug went above and beyond to correct their mistake and I think that warrants 4 stars.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered a dozen roses almost a week in advance of Valentine's Day to be delivered by 5 pm to downtown Toronto. I was assured multiple times that the delivery would be made on time and that I'd get a confirmation email.
At 3 pm, I checked my email. Nothing. At 4 pm, I checked my email. Nothing. I called the store twice and got the automated recording.
It's now 5:45 pm. No flowers have been delivered.
Look, I understand that it's a busy time of year, but is it too much to ask for advance notice if the delivery isn't going to be made on time? Definitely not going to order from here again.
