  • where is the OMG button. I thought Cox was the way to go with my cable service but after 2 years I am ready to scream. Every month my bill goes up and I am not adding any new services to my account. Main problem is Cox is always advertising for new customer but screw over the ones they have. Maybe we are all paying the difference for the new accounts. My DVR holds not even a full season on one show, I asked a Cox rep about it and was told go on the website help area and they can help you. I did it kept changing my zip code. So once I did get my email sent in it went to San Diego not Phoenix. I am really looking at Directv and Century link, Yes is a 2 year commitment but at least my bill will not go up. Just my 2 cents worth.
