  • Worst carpet cleaning that I've ever experienced. Got the 3 area carpet cleaning for a special price of $95. To get the carpet really clean, they put on the high pressure tactics, and stated that I could get something for $200 and another deal for $220. For 3 rooms, it shouldn't take 200+ dollars to get things clean. As part of the high pressure tactics, I was told that the standard cleaning would leave the area "....smelling like pneumonia." I was told that one small area was a large urine stain, and that the standard cleaning couldn't clean that area. The technician inadvertently went over part of the stained area and it did get clean, but did not go over the entire stained area so part of the stain remains. Zerorez spent almost as much time trying to up sell me as they did cleaning the carpet.
