  • Great for first timers and professional users! As someone who is new to this whole recreational adventure, I can say that this was an effortless experience. A friend and I tried another dispensary (*I will not name as this review is about Pisos) and had a horrible experience from start to finish. We did not purchase and felt defeated. We went to eat at a place across the street and happened to see the dispensary sign. We wandered in and were greeted instantly by the positive front desk staff. Walking in, at first look, this place was beautiful. Fantastic presence, clean layout, and great design. The front desk staff advised that we could pay with chip card after checking us in. From there, we were let into the sales floor where we were told that a "budtender" (LOL), would be with us shortly and to listen for our names. I did not think this was a dispensary, this was the equivalent of a jewelry store both in layout, design, and service. The budtender called my name after about 5 minutes of waiting and I explained that I was new to this and really had no clue what I wanted. The budtender (Ciara I believe) was incredibly friendly and explained to me the many different products on the menu and asked me what kind of experience I wanted to have. I honestly had no clue! We settled on training wheels for me and did a hybrid cartridge from Qualcan with a battery. She explained how to turn it on and off, adjust it, and how to store it. I saw that many people complain about price on here, however, I will always pay more for incredible service and beautiful design, its why you have a premium in the first place. The checkout process was expedited and I left feeling extremely satisfied. What a great place! I couldn't have been happier.
